What to give at handover
Branded mezuzah case with the project logo
A branded mezuzah case stays at the entrance to the home. Its shape can be developed with a logo and dedication to reflect the project’s identity. If a parchment scroll is required, mention it in your enquiry.
Branded candleholders on a tray
Another direction is a tray with two candleholders and candle-lighting text. The design, wording and packaging can be considered to suit the project.
Home-entry set
A mezuzah case, Kiddush cup, a pair of candleholders, a tray and a small dish, each in its own compartment, in a box branded with the project name or company logo. There are four design directions, and other items can be selected to suit the residents and budget.

A gift for new residents at key handover
At key handover, buyers receive the first item for their new home from the developer or contractor. A home-entry set (mezuzah case, Kiddush cup, a pair of candleholders, a tray and a small dish) stays in the home after move-in, and carries the project's identity inside.

Project identity
A logo, dedication and design direction that carry the identity of the development into the gift. In the home-entry set, the branding is on the box (project name or company logo); the items themselves stay as Judaica for the home.
Set contents
Specify exactly what residents receive: the object, dedication and packaging. Unlisted components should not be assumed to be included.
Handover planning
Share the number of gifts and expected handover dates. Staged delivery is reviewed as part of the proposal.

How to choose a gift for apartment buyers
Choose based on what should remain after handover. A consumable gift is gone within days. A gift that stays in the home continues to remind residents of the project.

Before you order
How early should we order?
The stone-and-gold home-entry set takes 3–4 months to deliver, so start at least 4 months before handover. For other directions, the schedule is set in the proposal.
Does the mezuzah case include a parchment scroll?
The photo shows a mezuzah case and does not establish that a scroll is included. Mention a scroll in your enquiry if needed; supplied contents will be specified explicitly in the quote.
Can the gift carry the project name?
Yes. We can explore the project name, logo and dedication on the product and packaging, depending on the chosen design.
What if apartments are handed over in stages?
Send the total quantity and estimated handover dates. We will review production and delivery arrangements; split shipments require agreement in the proposal.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Send an estimated quantity so we can check suitability and feasibility for the product and production required. Quantity and order terms will be specified in the proposal for your chosen product.
What is approved before production?
Design, dedications, specification and contents are defined, along with the approval method suitable for the project. A physical sample can be ordered before production, for a fee. Mention it in your enquiry so it can be agreed in the proposal.
